Builder activity flourishing south of the I-10

Many new communities have sprung up over the past few months south of the I-10.  Between Central Ave in Phoenix to Miller Rd in Buckeye, there have been a total of 21 new subdivisions. Jordan Rose, President and Founder of Rose Law Group pc says “These markets are really hot because builders were able to acquire the land at reasonable prices to allow them to construct an affordable product.  If you visit the new subdivisions you see a modified product that shows that even during the downturn builders were inventive, creating unique product that really looks good.” Below is  a list by builder:
