In the company’s most recent Arizona activity, Beazer Homes announced it will be building homes in The Missions at Sierra Montaña Community located in Surprise west of the 303 near Greenway Road.
A news release stated Beazer will be selling 68 homes with floor plans ranging from 1,334 to 1,940 square feet, approximately. Steven Moore, Vice President of Sales for Beazer Homes in Arizona, said, “We are excited to have this opportunity to build high quality, low maintenance homes in this master-planned community in Surprise.”
The builder will offer ENERGY STAR qualified homes and prides itself on building homes that meet or exceed the benchmark to be considered energy-efficient.
Beazer’s release is in line with the December, 2013 Land Advisors Organization annual real-estate conference, where top developers, builders, investors, brokers and analysts forecasted homebuilding recovery will ramp up again in 2015 and will play out mostly in the West Valley.
Beazer Homes, based in Atlanta, Georgia, is an active builder in at least 11 valley communities from Waddell to San Tan Valley.
