Town Manager Charles A. Montoya received a new three-year contract with the town of Florence, and Town Attorney James E. Mannato received a new one-year contract at Monday’s Town Council meeting.
Montoya’s contract provides an annual salary of $130,000. Instead of a vehicle allowance, he will have use of a “suitable” town vehicle “in the course and scope of his employment.” He accrues sick leave and vacation time the same as other town employees.
