Richmond American Homes pre-selling in Northeast Mesa

Richmond AmericanDuring Belfiore Real Estate Consulting’s most recent visit to its Northeast Mesa Submarket, Richmond American Homes had started pre-selling its newest subdivision,  Villas at Montana Vista.   Located east of Sossaman Road and South of University Drive,  the homes range in size from 1,702 – 2,954 square feet and in base price from $234,990 – $269,990.   Since opening in the middle of July, Richmond has sold one home.

According to public record, Richmond American closed on this platted and engineered site on September 16, 2013 for $5,699,000 ($41,000 per platted and engineered lot / $820 per platted and engineered front foot) (Click here to view affidavit).
