Phoenix still high in home foreclosures

home_foreclosures_phoenix_arizonaThe CoreLogic real estate research firm reports Phoenix as fifth among nationwide cities nationwide for foreclosures between May 2013 and May 2014

Phoenix still had more repossessed homes than Dallas, Los Angeles, Seattle and Washington, despite a rate that has been steadily falling as the economy improves.

The foreclosure storm is subsiding in Arizona and moving to Florida, Georgia and Michigan.
