Plans to construct a radio communications tower in Paradise Valley in order to improve radio signals for public safety personnel are moving forward despite strong objections from a few residents living near the proposed site.
Paradise Valley Town Council last July approved the location of the new radio communications building and subsequent antenna nodes to be in the vicinity of 6900 north Highland Drive adjacent to the Clearwater Hills neighborhood.
Despite assurances by town officials all Paradise Valley Hillside Development Regulations will be followed, a handful of residents are steadfast in their concerns over the placement and construction of the new radio communications tower.
