Garrett-Walker Homes closes on Hearn Manor in Glendale

Garrett-Walker Homes has closed on another small scale subdivision northeast of the north east corner of Thunderbird Road and 47^th Avenue in Glendale. According to public record (click here to view the affidavit), Hearn Manor LLC (Garret-Walker Entity) closed on the seven lot, partially improved, Hearn Hideaway subdivision on October 16, 2014 for $225,000 ($32,143 per lot / $459 per front foot). The typical lot size of the subdivision is 70’x130’.

Hearn Hideaway is within a quarter mile proximity of Garret-Walker’s active Sunburst Manor subdivision. Sunburst Manor is a smaller lot community (45’x100’) and Garret-Walker has averaged 2.25 sales per month since opening in late 2013. Sunburst base prices range from $182,990 – $219,990 and floorplans range from 1,355 – 2,674 square feet.
