A Flagstaff legislator has come up with a genius plan to derail next year’s drive to legalize recreational use of marijuana in Arizona.
Genius plan, except for the fact that it wouldn’t really derail the planned 2016 voter initiative.
And it would require the Arizona Legislature to bow to federal law.
That should go over well, don’t you think?
