Shea Homes closes on Carino Villas condominium in south Chandler

According to public record (click here to view the affidavit), Shea Homes closed on 78 partially improved condo lots on January 16, 2015 for $3,744,000 ($48,000 per lot).  The lots are located in the Carino Villas Condominium, specifically located west of the NWC of Arizona Avenue and Queen Creek Road.

The seller in the transaction was Chandler Carino Attached LLC (Communities Southwest Entity).  According to public record (click here to view the affidavit), Chandler Carino Attached LLC closed on the same 78 partially improved condo lots back on November 15, 2010 for $780,000 ($10,000 per lot).
