Barnet Dulaney eyes $15M Sun City medical campus

Barnet Dulaney Perkins Eye Center and a group of doctors are teaming up to develop a retail medical campus in Sun City.

The medical group is the managing member of the Sun City Development Group, a combination of investors and providers at the new campus, including the Maxwell Group, North Valley Neurology, and Moore Audiology and Hearing Aid Center.

So far, the group has paid $8 million for La Ronde Centre at 14600 N. Del Webb Blvd. in Sun City, with plans to spend $15.5 million to renovate the property, starting by early May.

Barnet Dulaney will anchor the project, taking 26,000 square feet and creating up to 30 jobs. The entire complex will create about 100 jobs, said Mark Rosenberg, CEO of Barnet Dulaney.
