$5M+ Deal – $14.7M for logistics center in Phoenix

Below is the deal that closed Friday, April 24, 2015, in Maricopa County over $5 million according to the Maricopa County Recorder. Rose Law Group Reporter has not independently verified these transactions.

$14.7 million sale a logistics center near the intersection of S. 32nd Street and E. Old Southern Avenue (5670 S. 32nd Street), in Phoenix by Conor Globe-Canal Crossing LLC, an entity created by Conor Commercial Real Estate and Globe Corporation.

The land is zoned Commerce Park/Business Park.

 

Business Real Estate Weekly reported the buyer was Bixby SPE Finance 6 LLC, which paid cash for the property.
