On the streets of downtown Phoenix opinions on are mixed.

“Not a big deal. The same as alcohol, in fact, I think alcohol is worst,” says Elliott Shokrgozar.

“For a specific population, it could be very harmful to their health,” says Timothy Zhang.

Marijuana as medicine is legal in Arizona, but legalizing it for recreational use is still a fairly new concept.
