Cullum Homes is 2014 top-earner for custom built homes

2014 may be in the record books as the biggest year in recent history for one of the Valley’s oldest and most reputable luxury homebuilders. Scottsdale based and family owned Cullum Homes Inc. sold more than $26.5 million worth of custom-built homes in 2014 in Maricopa County, outpacing its nearest competitor by $2 million.

Cullum earned the number one spot in the Valley of the Sun for custom homebuilders, based on the value of homes it sold in 2014. With homes averaging 4300-square-feet and new home developments in some of the Valley’s most prestigious neighborhoods including; The Village at Silverleaf, Cholla Heights, 7M Ranch Estates, Village at Paradise Reserve and the Village at Mountain Shadows, Cullum says 2015 numbers are already outpacing 2014 numbers, according to a press release.
