Pinal supervisors approve community-supported MMJ dispensary

The issue of medical marijuana dispensaries in Pinal County has at times been a controversial subject. No such controversy existed Wednesday when the Board of Supervisors approved a dispensary just outside the Florence town limits.

Healing Healthcare, located off Arizona 79 just south of Florence on property formerly used for an auto repair shop, will be the eighth operating dispensary in Pinal County. It’s the third in an unincorporated area, while five other dispensaries are located within municipalities.
