Aspera construction underway in Glendale

Aspera, a new project in Glendale at 75th Avenue and Loop 101, is underway to impact Arizona as a whole.

Cardon Development Group, an organization involved in many different projects in Arizona, is working on Aspera. The project is a new 80-acre development adjacent to Community Church of Joy.

Patrick Kallestad, the chief director of the Joy community church said, “There is a tremendous economic impact via city and state taxes. We have a preschool through our Joy Christian School that parents can enroll their 6-week-old babies in, all the way up to a memorial garden at Arrowhead Memorial Garden. Joy wanted to provide a ministry for all aspects and stages of life.
