Scottsdale resident captures world championship title

Andrea Fappani of Scottsdale captured the world championship title in senior reining at the 2015 Lucas Oil American Quarter Horse Association World Championship Show on Nov. 14 in Oklahoma City.

Mr. Fappani showed the American Quarter Horse SG Frozen Enterprize, owned by Silver Spurs Equine of Scottsdale, according to a press release. The 2009 dun stallion, sired by Frozen Sailor and out of RS Rose SJ, was bred by Marco Franchini of Italy.
