LifeWay sells huge downtown Nashville campus Southwest Value Partners

In an epic real estate deal, LifeWay Christian Resources on Nov. 24 officially sold its nearly 15-acre downtown Nashville campus to an investment fund started by Robert Sarver, owner of the Phoenix Suns.

The property’s new owner is Southwest Value Partners, a real estate investment firm based in San Diego. The firm’s Nashville lawyer, Charles Robert Bone, confirmed that Southwest Value Partners paid $125 million for the site — all cash, with no financing necessary, Bone said.
