Scottsdale eyes Old Town mixed-use

Old Town Scottsdale’s waterfront will soon get a mixed-use development, pending approval of a submittal to the city’s Development Review Board for a new project, called On the Waterfront.

To be constructed on a 17KSF parcel, which fronts the canal along Scottsdale Road just south of Camelback, the building would include: a ground floor restaurant of 4,469SF with a 1,526SF patio; a second floor bar of 3,730SF with a 1,587SF patio; a third floor residence of 3,369SF with a 472SF patio; a fourth floor penthouse residence of 3,369SF with a 1,000SF patio; and a single-level, underground parking structure.
