Chandler, Tempe see housing uptick

The message for homebuyers in the Southeast Valley couldn’t be more clear: Act quickly, or you may lose out.

The first quarter of 2016 has seen a robust increase in activity in several areas of the region, such as Chandler’s 85286 ZIP code, generally between Pecos and Ocotillo roads and east of Price Road. There, the number of home sales shot up 71 percent, to 253 in the first quarter of this year, compared with 148 for the first quarter of 2015.
