Major insurance firm buys 42 acres, Class A space in Phoenix

New York Life Insurance Co. has bought a 42-acre parcel and accompanying distribution development in Phoenix for $35 million.

New York Life has acquired Phase 1 of the 10 West Logistics Center from Phoenix-based Wentworth Property Co. and Dallas-based Crow Holdings Capital.

The real estate is on Van Buren Street near 59th Avenue.
