The City of Peoria’s Planning and Zoning Commission has approved a developer’s plan to transform an undeveloped 15.47-acre parcel into a unique multifamily development.
Located at the SEC of Olive and 83rd avenues, The Bungalows on Olive project will bring a 153-unit community comprised of 50 attached one-bedroom apartments and 103 detached two- and three-bedroom apartments. All units are single-story. The design concept combines elements of a single-family residential development with the perks and conveniences of an apartment complex.
