Tempe commission clears way for 9-story project

The Tempe Development Review Commission at its May 24 meeting approved a proposal to develop The Foundry, a mixed-use, mid-rise infill project at the vacant NWC of University Drive and Ash Avenue.

Development partners Forum Real Estate Group and Alberta Development Partners seek approval to raise a nine-story building, which will house a grocery store, apartments and structured parking built around a central courtyard.
