The Eloy City Council has unanimously approved a contract to retain Access Arizona’s former director Jim Dinkle to work on economic development for the city of Eloy.
“Eloy is very fortunate to have recruited such an experienced person,” said Councilmember JoAnne Galindo. “The great thing about Mr. Dinkle is he has worked in Pinal County, he knows Pinal County and he knows Eloy.”
