A three-story retail and residential mixed-use project could be going up in Old Town Cottonwood under a master development submitted to the city.

LeMain Development, LLC’s proposal calls for a three-story mixed-use building at 920 N. Main St. and a residential building of two floors over a ground level parking garage on an adjoining lot at 925 N. Cactus St. An alley separates the two parcels, which together total approximately 8KSF.

The Main Street building will have 2,200SF of commercial space on the ground level. The second and third floors will offer a total of three residential units for purchase, ranging from 1,100-1,800SF. The Main Street-facing side will have a deck that projects five feet over the sidewalk, and both the second and third floors on the alley side will have decks that project out three feet.
