Friday February, 10th – This will be a day of legal and policy discussion on the War on Drugs in Arizona. The morning session will be a discussion on Arizona specific situations when it comes to Cannabis Laws in Arizona.  Speakers will present on dispensary licensing, cannabis and Indian Country, CBD scheduling, and current cases challenging the way Arizona issues medical marijuana industry.

The afternoon will be led by Marc J. Victor, who will dive into the War on Drugs: the laws that define, the organizations that use it, and the people it affects.

He will talk on current policy and laws, what is coming out in 2017 and how people can affect the War on Drugs. He will host a panel of individuals who have dedicated their careers to the War on Drugs, and who can provide perspective on what is working and what needs to be changed.

Ending the CLE will be a panel discussion educating people about the current issues of Cannabis and other drugs in Arizona.  Intelligent speakers from all sides of the drug issue will speak on this fascinating topic.

Retired Judge John A. Buttrick and Attorney Logan Elia have confirmed for the panel. We will update as more information is confirmed.
