Former University of Phoenix properties get new owners, new life

Two office buildings in east Phoenix that used to house University of Phoenix operations have been sold with the new owners looking to modernize and bring some new vision to the office properties.

The buildings are at 4150 South Riverpoint Parkway and 3125 East Wood Street in Riverpoint Business Park. That’s near Broadway Road and Interstate 10.

UOP exited the two properties in 2014.

Flint, Michigan’s West Second Street Associates (WSSA) purchased 4150 Riverpoint Parkway building for $8.35 million or $62.80 per foot.
