Plans underway for massive $200M natural history museum in Phoenix area

Inside a small, nondescript suite of an office park in Scottsdale sits some of the rarest and most valuable objects in the world: dinosaur fossils, ancient minerals, pre-Columbian weaponry and even a piece of Mars.

There’s no sign on the door and the windows are tinted to keep people unaware of this collection, valued at more than $10 million.

But if plans go accordingly, the public will get to experience and directly interact with these items and many more within the next several years in a new $200 million museum.
