Mark Singerman has been around commercial real estate markets for more than four decades. That includes several booms, bubbles and busts.

Singerman is vice president and regional director for Rockefeller Group and is based out of the company’s Chandler office.

Singerman said this last real estate crash has fundamentally changed some aspects of the office and industrial markets.\
