Ecommerce facility planned for Tolleson

Developer Merit Partners plans to build a 320KSF ecommerce distribution facility as Building F on 21 acres of the Tolleson Corporate Park at 75th Avenue and Buckeye Road.

Tolleson City Council approved the preliminary site plan and a request to change the property’s zoning from Commercial to Light Industrial in its March 28th meeting.

Tolleson Corporate Park is a 125-acre cluster of facilities catering to general/light/flex industrial tenants located 1.5 miles from I-10.
