Agreement delays possible sale of Glen Lakes Golf Course

After more than 50 years of operations, and for the first time in city history, council approved a management and operations agreement with Arizona Golf Operations LLC to run Glen Lakes Golf Course.

“This means that for the next 12 months, we have an operating agreement with Arizona Golf to run the course,” said Director of Public Facilities, Recreation and Special Events Erik Strunk. “This agreement came to us after the operator notified us earlier this year he was having some challenges and we circled back and moved forward with this new agreement.”
