John McCain’s legacy: a flowing river for economic development

U.S. Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., is 81 and battling a serious form of brain cancer with a low survival prognosis. He was just reelected to a sixth six-year term in the Senate and is in frequent battles with President Donald Trump including over Obamacare.

McCain also has had lengthy and numerous conversations in Arizona about a big infrastructure project with potential economic development payoffs.
