PhoenixMart slapped with million-dollar lien

A concrete company has slapped a nearly $1 million lien on the parent company of PhoenixMart, records show.

The lien, filed in Pinal County on Oct. 26, is from Hardrock Concrete Placement Co. Inc. The notice of claim on file with the county Recorder’s Office seeks $907,480.65 from AZ Sourcing. The lien also seeks reimbursement of court costs and attorney’s fees.

Hardrock Concrete of Phoenix furnished concrete, labor and materials with an invoice date of June 9, 2016, the claim says.
