Scottsdale – A company formed by Fortress Investment Group LLC in New York City, N.Y. (NYSE:FIG) paid $24.6 million ($241,176 per unit) to purchase the 102-unit Desert Flower assisted living facility located at 9185 E. Desert Cove in Scottsdale. The seller was Desert Flower LLC, a company formed by BDC Advisors LLC in Portland, Ore. County records show Desert Flower Owner LLC is the name of the entity that took title to the assisted living facility.
