RLG’s David Weissman on Money Radio discusses health care rates, Ariz. exchange decision

David Weissman, director of the Rose Law  Group Employment Law and Managed Health Care Law Practice, was the featured guest on Money Radio 1510 AM’s “On Air Health Care” today, a day after Governor Jan Brewer announced the state will not set up a health care exchange, which is an option under the Affordable Health Care Act. Weissman discussed that topic, but the program concentrated on expected rate increases resulting from the act.
