Hensley sells distribution facilities to Angelo, Gordon & Co. for $76 million

Phoenix/Chandler/Prescott Valley – In a sale/leaseback deal totaling $76 million ($131.72 per foot), Hensley & Co. in Phoenix (Cindy Hensley McCain, chairman) has sold three beverage distribution facilities located in Phoenix, Chandler and Prescott Valley. The buyer of the 577,000 sq. ft. of buildings was a company formed by Angelo, Gordon & Co. in New York City, NY. Records show ANGL Hops LLC (formed by Angelo, Gordon) was the buyer in three, separate cash transactions. The sellers were Hensley & Co. and affiliated entities. The deal was negotiated through Chris Toci, Chad Little and Jim Wilson of Cushman & Wakefield of Arizona Inc. in Phoenix. Continue reading:
