The Phoenix-area’s Top 5 wealthiest ZIP codes

Wealth is well-settled in the northeast portion of the metro Phoenix area, according to a list of the region’s Wealthiest ZIP Codes compiled by Esri and published today in the print edition of the Phoenix Business Journal.

Redlands, Calif.-based Esri, a geographic information services provider that markets a number of geographic and data information packages and services, breaks down its Wealthiest ZIP Code lists in to 65 tapestry segments, with information covering net worth, household income, disposable income, home value and several other factors. The 65 segments carry names ranging from Top Rung (1) to Social Security Set (65). For more information on the company, visit its website at www.esri.com.
