A few dozen people came out to Town Hall on Tuesday night to question Cave Creek Town Council candidates on the issues they’re facing in the March12 election.
Questions ranged from the commercialization of the town to land preservation. But Cave Creek’s financial situation is emerging as the most important issue in this campaign.
Political Action Committee CaveCreekElection2013.com sponsored the forum. The PAC was formed by resident Michael Chutz, who has been critical of the current council.
Local business owner Kim Brennan moderated.
All non-incumbents were present — Mike Durkin, Reg Monachino, Charles Spitzer, Adam Trenk and Eileen Wright
