The chamber of commerce for the San Tan region has a new name—the Greater San Tan Chamber of Commerce. The group previously known as the San Tan Regional Chamber underwent a name change due to a slight trade name issue; however, the membership, meeting times and locations, and annual activities have remained the same.
“We felt a name change would be a benefit to our organization to clear up some confusion in the community,” Bill Grubb, chairman of the board for the Greater San Tan Chamber of Commerce, said. “We are a still chamber of commerce with a regional focus that is committed to serving the San Tan area.”
In additional to the name change, the chamber has launched a new website — www.GreaterSanTanChamber.com — designed to benefit their members, as well as provide residents and tourists with essential information about the San Tan region. The chamber has also set new goals and is looking for innovative ways to support its members.
