Remember that preservation-minded mystery buyer who rode in like a white knight and scooped up the Frank Lloyd Wright-designed home in Phoenix just before Christmas?
Well, they’re still adamant about their anonymity, but I’ve been able to dig up their names anyway.
Multiple sources, who requested to stay anonymous, confirmed with me Monday that the buyers of the David and Gladys Wright home are Zachary Rawling and his mother Maggie Rawling. Zachary is an attorney in Las Vegas, although his license through the State Bar of California is inactive. He apparently spent some of his childhood in the Arcadia neighborhood where the Wright home is located near Camelback Road and 54th Steet. His father, John Reece Rawling, was a former Fennemore Craig attorney in Phoenix and passed away in 2008. Maggie is now living in Santa Monica, Calif.
