The City of Willcox is looking to replace two in leadership roles – the City Manager and the Director of Public Services and Works.

City Manager Pat McCourt had announced Dave Bonner’s resignation at the Willcox City Council’s March 3 work session, followed closely by the announcement of his own retirement in a March 6 letter to the Council.

“I want to thank you for the opportunity of serving the people of Willcox for the last four and one-half years,” he said.

“I have enjoyed the challenge and I hope I have fulfilled the expectations of the community.”

McCourt said he submitted his resignation because “I feel it is time for me to pursue a new path in life…”
