All looks small in comparison to what happened at the Boston Marathon, which took over Twitter feeds immediately and will continue to do so in the days to come.

SAD DAY

Former Cardinals QB Kurt Warner of Phoenix tweeted: “Praying 4 all those families affected by the explosions at the Boston Marathon… Another sad day in America!”

THINK BEFORE YOU TWEET

Political scientist and consultant Shane Wikfors offered some sound advice, tweeting: “Until we know with certainty what happened in #BostonMarathonBombing, please don’t jump to conclusions!”

Phoenix PR guy Barrett Marson tweeted: “Love how @NBC says it won’t jump to conclusions about explosions but then has an anti-terrorism expert on air in next breath. #FactsFirst

COULTER NONSENSE

Ann Coulter suggested in a blog post that Senator John McCain’s daughter, Meghan McCain, should be killed. Arizona House Minority Leader Chad Campbell made a very direct statement with this tweet, and a link to the Twitter and blog back-and-forth between the two: “Ann Coulter is a psychopath. abcnews.go.com/blogs/politics…
