We built a home in 2007. We pay our bills on time; we have a fixed rate; we put 20 percent down. So, while we would be the perfect couple to sell 10 years ago, we are the dogs of the real estate market today. Trapped in a new home for doing things the right way.
Just be patient.
As far as I’m concerned, this recovery is not based on anything more than fabrications of one sort of another. It has little to do with the increase of actual value. This bubble will deflate, though less drastically than the previous one. The bubble in the stock market will burst with far greater impact. I can’t wait to have the last laugh!
I put one of our homes on the market and it sold in two hours. Market is coming back.
