While the Town of Paradise Valley has agreed to the redevelopment plan of the property known as the Mountain Shadows Golf Resort a fight carries on at the District of Arizona U.S. Bankruptcy Court.
But it appears sharpened negotiations between homeowners and the developer may be coming to a close.
The Mountain Shadows West Board of Directors is expected to vote favorably Tuesday, June 25 on a verbal agreement hatched by representatives of Crown Realty & Development and the community’s resort committee in terms of access to coming resort amenities and land-use changes.
“I am hopeful that we are actually making good solid progress with west,” Rick Carpinelli, Crown Realty & Development senior vice president of development, said in a June 25 phone interview.
