The Prescott City Council appears poised to take steps to “bring the hammer down” on the proliferation of recovery group homes in the community.
The issue was back before the council at Tuesday’s caucus discussion with an update from City Attorney Jon Paladini about possible regulations of the local group and recovery home industry.
Mayor Marlin Kuykendall led off the council’s comments by taking a strong stance on the need for more stringent regulations.
