Trilogy at VistanciaSpecial to Independent Newsmedia

Shea Homes filed a request with the city of Peoria to seek a rezoning approval for 360 acres to the west and northwest of the existing Trilogy at Vistancia neighborhood.

Shea Homes is proposing to develop the 360 acres with active adult housing similar to what now exists in Trilogy at Vistancia, in an overall combined density across the entire property not to exceed 1,066 homes. Public meetings are scheduled to gather resident input on the proposal.

Meetings are set for 1 p.m. Monday, June 17 at Lake Pleasant Elementary School, 31501 N. Westland Road, and 7 p.m. Monday, June 17 at Sunrise Mountain High School, 21200 N. 83rd Ave.

While Shea Homes has already met with many Trilogy members and presented this information, the two additional meetings are scheduled as part of the city of Peoria zoning process. At these meetings Shea Homes will be available to discuss the PAD proposal, answer questions, and gather any comments residents may have regarding the rezone application.

Residents unable to attend these meetings and have questions or comments can contact Shea Homes at 480-367-3701 or trilogyannexation@sheahomes.com. Mailed feedback may be sent to: Shea Homes 8800 N. Gainey Center Drive, Suite 370, Scottsdale, AZ 85258.
