Rose Law Group Grows Family Law Department with the Hire of Divorce Attorney Jana Weltzin
(SCOTTSDALE, Ariz.) – Rose Law Group pc (RLG) is proud to announce an expansion of the family law department with the hire of family law attorney Jana Weltzin.
After graduating from Arizona State University’s Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, Weltzin worked amongst the toughest in the state on high profile divorce cases at Franks, Sheldon and Houser Pc.
Weltzin, who primarily handles high asset and complex divorce law cases, was an integral part of the legal team who represented several high profile athletes and business owners.
Rose Law Group founder Jordan Rose, who runs the largest female owned law firm in the state says Weltzin’s background in litigation and family law will help expand the firms practice in the area of family law.
“When it comes to family issues, Rose Law Group is determined to always provide the best legal advice and get the best results possible for our clients,” said Rose Law Group President and Founder Jordan Rose. “Jana is able to tackle those difficult family issues with sensitivity and enough persuasiveness to win. Her legal experience tied with a passion for doing the right thing makes Jana a natural fit for Rose Law Group.”
Born in Fairbanks, Alaska, Weltzin started to show interest in the legal system at age 12 when got involved in the town’s youth court.
“Everyone who participated in this program was exposed to the inner workings of the judicial system. Witnessing how prosecutors handled youth cases encouraged made me realize my devotion to fighting for people’s rights. I decided that the best way I can contribute to the values of justice, integrity and honesty was to become an attorney,” said Jana Weltzin, family law attorney for Rose Law Group.
Weltzin later attended University of Reno and earned a degree in Political Science with a minor in Economic Policy. While earning her bachelor’s degree, Weltzin participated in the pre-law, co-ed fraternity, Phi Alpha Delta.
Continuing on a legal path, Weltzin moved to the Valley of the Sun and attended Arizona State University’s Law School. After graduating in the top third of her class, Weltzin was trained by a family lawyer with one of the best reputations in the state of Arizona and then chose to move to her new home at the Rose Law Group.
“Rose Law Group has a reputation for thinking outside of the box and pursuing their client’s goals, big or small. I am very excited to be a part of an efficacious firm that is filled with passionate and persuasive people,” said Weltzin.
When she is not making a difference in the courtroom, you can find Jana Weltzin on the soccer field where she has continued to play since she was five, making her a team player on and off the field.
