A new 300-worker regional customer service center is coming to the Westgate Entertainment District in Glendale.

Terminix International Co. has leased 32,800 square feet at Westgate for offices and customer service operations.

The Memphis, Tenn.-based pest control company picked the Glendale development after looking at other locations in the Phoenix area as well as sites in Denver and Salt Lake City.

Terminix will take an entire floor of office space at Westgate and the deal is the largest office lease in the development’s history. The company takes over the space Oct. 1. The service center could employ as many as 300 workers.
