According to public record, a cash transaction involving Lot 9 of the ASU Research Park closed yesterday. The selling entity was Rimrock Investors III, LLC and the buying entity was Pivotal 650 California St. LLC (an entity controlled by Levine Investments, L.P. Bill Levine is a valley local who was the former owner of Outdoor Systems Inc ). Lot 9 (10.3 acres) closed 7/24/2013 for $4,274,415 ($414,670 per acre).
