camelback corridorRosewood Homes held the grand opening of their new 18-home “in-fill” “33 Campbell Place” neighborhood on April 20th in the Camelback Corridor at 33rd Street and Campbell Avenue in Phoenix. They have sold 12-homes in 10-weeks at prices averaging over $600,000! Rosewood has had lotteries every time they’ve released home sites.

Two weeks ago they closed escrow on an approximately 10-acre “in-fill” site that was successfully re-zoned from commercial to residential in the heart of the Ahwatukee Foothills. They will commence land development on the 59-home gated neighborhood as soon as the plat is approved by the City of Phoenix. The neighborhood located just Southeast of Chandler Boulevard and Desert Foothills Parkway will be called Rosewood Village at the Foothills and is expected to open in Spring 2014.

In June, Rosewood also closed escrow on 15-one acre lots in North Scottsdale. These lots are already developed so they will  start construction on a model home this Fall. They will be offering “estate quality” single story homes ranging from approximately 4,100 to 5,050 square feet. The gated neighborhood located just Northwest of Pima Road and Westland will be called Rosewood at Sierra Boulders and also be expected to open in Spring 2014.
