Construction, both residential and commercial, is making a comeback in Florence.
A report published in “The Rose Law Group Reporter” states that a number of housing projects are starting to pop up in or near the Florence town limits. LGI Homes recently opened at Magma Ranch, DR Horton has reopened at Iron Horse at Magic Ranch, and Villas has opened at Magic Ranch.
Jim Belfiore, president of Belfiore Real Estate Counseling, said recently, “interest in Florence is growing and will continue to do so. We expect several new communities to open in the market area over the next eighteen months as home buyers reenter the housing market.”
